In the role of Talent Partner you are the one supporting people to a new role, you support on the recruitment of internal talent to roles and are the expert of the external talent market and responsible for finding the right candidate at the right time.
You make impact by understanding the external talent market, knowing and advising on the right sourcing channels, are commercially oriented and able to translate market insights & internal needs into sourcing strategy into recruiting the best, hard-to-find, external talent. You will proactively identify candidates for all open roles and pipelining projects by using multiple mediums e.g. LinkedIn, social media, online and offline communities, networking, participating in / organizing events, referrals, blogs and specific industry job boards.
Responsibilities:
- Work together with internal Talent Partners of Unilever to staff for the new roles within the Ice Cream business which is preparing to be a stand alone business;
- Be the expert on the external talent market for a broad range of functions and advise the HR teams and business teams on trends and opportunities;
- Manage external vacancy portfolio process end-to-end, both proactive and reactive and partner with the Hiring Manager and HR Business Partner (entry level / manager / executive roles)
- Networking to build, manage and maintain the external talent pipeline of future fit talent leveraging digital and social channels;
- Work towards set KPIs: speed, costs and superior Hiring Manager & Candidate experience;
- Provide and analyze data on key recruitment / talent metrics and utilize metrics to identify and implement process improvements;
- Create and implement innovative and out of the box sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best diverse talent;
- Proactively manage & build candidate relationships and communicate the Unilever employment value proposition to prospective hires;
- Managing Applicant tracking system data integrity and accuracy.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field and at least 3-5 years of proven experience in creatively sourcing and attracting (scarce) profiles. Needless to say that LinkedIn, Social Media etc. are your friends. You have experience in recruiting for open roles for all seniority levels. Preferably you also have experience and knowledge of international recruitment & procedures.
Skills:
- Fluency in English;
- Proficient in MS Office, HR systems (Workday, Hiredscore), Digital screening / sourcing tools (HireVue, Linkedin recruiter) and Social Media;
- Agility in a dynamic and ever-changing Talent & digital landscape and business and able and comfortable with maintaining multiple, often conflicting, priorities, and deadlines in a demanding environment;
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
