The focus of the project will be on lentiviral vectors for cell therapy, specifically on understanding lentiviral vector production process, homogeneity, size distribution and morphology, factors that lead to their stabilisation/degradation, technology scouting and implementation for analytical characterisation.
You will be designing and executing biochemistry and biophysics experiments and analysing biochemical and biophysical data. Further responsibilities include instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, written reporting and oral presentations in various settings.
You are also involved in academic activities including lecturing, supervising MSc and /or PhD students and expected to attend and present at internal/external scientific events and contribute to scientific publications.
