Profile
We are looking for a LIMS Specialist QC. In this position you are responsible for configuring the LIMS to the laboratory needs, following documented specifications and protocols. You will play an important role in translating testing requirements into LIMS configuration. As a LIMS specialist you act as a bridge between the product managers, laboratory technicians and the LIMS system.Tasks and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the translation of technical documents into LIMS requirements;
- Responsible for configuring the LIMS for testing;
- Act as a bridge between the product managers and the LIMS;
- Act as a liaison between the technicians and the LIMS;
- Solving (ad hoc) LIMS problems as they arise.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate has a B.Sc. (HBO) degree, with at least 2 years of experience with GMP and automation in a Biotech/Pharma environment. You have strong knowledge and experience with LIMS master data, and you are able to manage multiple issues, organise activities, prioritise an maintain a clear line of communication within the multidisciplinary teams. Furthermore, you are able to engage with personnel at all levels within the organisation and to build and maintain fruitful relationships.Do you have the above mentioned experience, do you enjoy solving (technical) problems (Lean/Six Sigma experience is desirable), are you pro-active and are you able to write protocols/reports, business correspondence and procedures? Then we are looking for you!
