Meet Rob Krommendam. He joined the CLS team in 2017 and took a lot of HR specialism with him. Rob: “I have an extensive HR background in process and chemical industry. After working as an interim HR manager in several transition processes at large companies as well as leading projects as a consultant in agri/food, I met René and Jan Paul. We immediately had a connection. Their willingness to go the extra mile for customers and candidates and their knowledge of the job market in their field was decisive for me to add my expertise to the CLS team.
Dedicated to Excellence for me means: listening very well to our customers, how we can respond to their recruitment needs. Even when the needs are not crystal clear yet.
