CLS co-operates in social initiatives, helping other people. Like this one! Our colleagues Aniek and Claudia visited Radboud University again this week to provide tips and tricks to students who will enter the job market soon. After a thorough preparation by reading all resumes, they gave some personal advice, listened to motivations to questions, and reflected their thoughts within a small group of students. In short: they acted like a recruiter - their daily job at CLS.
Aniek Vugts & Claudia Erwich-Faaij: “The students were very enthusiastic and enjoyed our presence. It was an easy and relaxed way of asking all their questions according to job interviews and to practice the interview itself. They can already use the tips and trips for their internship applications!”
We wish these students a lot of success in their first steps of their career!
One advice we share with you that is obvious and yet so important: Be prepared well for your interview! Delve into the background of the company, know exactly who you are talking to and have a convincing motivation ready why you are perfect for the job. Good luck!
