Profile
You will join the Global Logistics Business Support team in Amsterdam. This role plays a key part in supporting the Export Customer Service team by enhancing their ability to effectively utilize digital tools, maintain high-quality processes, and ensure accurate master data management.
In a rapidly evolving digital landscape, the Export Customer Service team must develop stronger capabilities in decision-making and system utilization. This role focuses on enabling team members to move beyond relying on system-generated reports and instead leverage ERP and Supply Chain Planning tools effectively. You will oversee process optimization, knowledge management, and system integration to ensure operational efficiency.
A core aspect of this position involves maintaining and improving Master Data within the Export platform, ensuring accuracy in customer pricing, contract conditions, shipments, and inventory movements. Additionally, you will take ownership of training and development programs, helping the Customer Service team strengthen their technical expertise and adherence to standard operating procedures. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, implementing process updates and performance tracking through key metrics.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You have a strong understanding of supply chain processes and ERP/DRP systems, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze the impact of Master Data on financial and operational workflows. Your role requires excellent communication and training skills, as you will educate and support colleagues across a complex, cross-functional environment. Strong project and process management abilities, a proactive mindset, and experience with continuous improvement methodologies are essential. Fluency in English is required.
