As a Global Supply Chain Product Planner within their team, your role is critical to ensuring that market demands are met through efficient supply chain management over the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) horizons. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end supply chain planning for commercial and new launch products, including ramp-up phases. You will execute the IBP process and manage your own S&OE horizon by balancing demand and supply, validating net demand propagation, and developing product deployment plans using systems such as Kinaxis. You are responsible for creating and continuously maintaining accurate master data and planning parameters in alignment with the E2E Product Leader’s strategy.
You will actively contribute to the monthly IBP cycle by collaborating with Supply Planning and Site Planners, while also supporting long-term strategic and budget planning through data-driven insights and recommendations. Additionally, you will manage products inventory—implementing strategies to balance stock levels and minimize costs—and ensure that planning parameters, such as Bills of Distribution and production version priorities, are correctly maintained across the supply chain.
Who we're looking for
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or an equivalent field. You have at least of 4 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain within the biopharmaceutical industry pf which at least 3 years dedicated to data-driven analysis and effective communication of findings to management. Fluency in English is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
An advanced understanding and hands-on experience with Integrated Business Planning and S&OE processes, along with 3+ years of demand forecast and supply planning management experience. Experience with launching and ramping up new products, familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing quality systems and regulatory submission processes, as well as proficiency in systems and tools such as Kinaxis, SAP, dVSM, and Plai, will set you apart. Furthermore, experience working within matrix environments, APICS certification, and strong financial and budgeting skills are highly valued.
