We care about people, that has never been changed and never will

In almost 20 years changes have occurred, obviously. On April 1st 2005 René Kemps and Jan Paul Favier decided to start CLS Services. Large companies had a (corporate) R&D department in the Netherlands, but most of these departments have been closed, splitted or moved to other countries now. Yes, challenging times in the chemistry and life sciences sector, at least for R&D departments.

Lifetime employment was a sort of life goal, lifetime loyalty to the organisation you work for was very common. People now like to stick to their personal life goals, are easily willing to change jobs if they are into that job or even move if needed. This is all about long-term career planning and happiness.
