Meet Claudia

We need to see the real you to make the right match.” Claudia Erwich-Faaij has been working for CLS Services since 2009 and is still very happy to be part of the team.
Claudia Erwich-Faaij: “While completing my Ph.D. research I started working for CLS in secondment. Unfortunately, the organization I was working for decided to move my department abroad while I was on maternity leave, so my job ended there. CLS decided to extend my employment contract so I had more time to search for another position after I returned. I did a short-term project, spent time on my Ph.D. and was a young mother. That was quite challenging. When the project ended, I asked Jan Paul and René if I could help out in the CLS team. I joined …and stayed.
I love talking to people, take a deep dive in what they are looking for. And even if they do not know yet, I really like to help them get to the next chapter. Sometimes things do not work out as employees wish. That is life. Then we have a chat, we will coach them or give them the opportunity to improve certain skills. We take care of our people. My experience taught me how hard it is to complete your Ph.D. while working full time. I can regularly give some advice to our employees as well. Our employees show us their appreciation for what we do. If they are happy, we are happy, that is our cherry on the cake.”
