Our client, The Kraft Heinz Company, is seeking a skilled and proactive Packaging Technologist to join their International R&D Packaging team at their R&D Centre in Nijmegen, The Netherlands. In this impactful role, you’ll collaborate with a high-performing team, striving to innovate and enhance packaging solutions for the international market. Reporting to the Packaging Manager, you’ll work closely with various stakeholders, taking ownership of packaging projects that support sustainability, cost efficiency, and excellence.Key Responsibilities
- Achieve key targets by ensuring quality, driving cost competitiveness, and establishing sustainability as a core strength within the International Zone Packaging team;
- Lead the creation, development, and industrialization of packaging solutions, managing risks and ensuring delivery of quality;
- Innovate proactively by identifying and implementing cost-effective packaging ideas to maintain a dynamic project pipeline;
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to support project goals.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Packaging, Engineering, or Science and brings 5-7 years of experience in packaging development within complex organizations. You are passionate about packaging innovation and constantly seek opportunities to implement best practices. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must, as you’ll be collaborating with diverse stakeholders.Key Competencies
