For our client, Unilever Nederland B.V., we are looking for a Personal Assistant.

In this role you will provide a pro-active and high-level business support to our B&W UEAM Leadership team (located in the Netherlands).
- Complicated diary management – arrange meetings on a daily basis, both virtual and in person and reschedule if needed;
- Screening, redirecting and responding to e-mails as appropriate;
- Organization of international and local travel, including preparations of itineraries, visa applications etc.;
- Organizing local and international meetings on site or offsite, including coordination of country visits and LT meetings;
- Support scheduling and event organizing for key townhalls, Learning programs for the BU;
- Liaison with internal customers and external contacts – developing knowledge of key individuals, including PA Network.;
- Proactively tackling issues related to (administrative) processes to ensure speed and efficiency;
- Processing expenses and invoices using relevant systems;
- Responding to queries and requests for information from Unilever Execs, Business Partners, Regions, Categories on an ad hoc basis based on priorities.
Who we're looking for
This role requires an Personal Assistant (PA) who is a self-starter with attention to detail, who can interact regularly with a very international network both inside the business and externally and can be a true “connector” for the team.
Someone who is brilliant or organization, communicates effectively across multi-cultures and someone who can believes in having fun and making memorable moments for and with the team will really thrive in the role.
Incumbent must be capable of managing own time flexibly and effectively, juggling day to day tasks as well as proactively spot opportunities to add value to the business.
We are looking for an PA who spends time on tasks mentioned below, but also dedicates time on his/her own personal development by picking on the job skills by participating/supporting in the larger BU agenda: e.g. driving the right engagement (communication and culture) or well-being across in the country and BU.

Beauty & Wellbeing Europe/METR/ANZ is one of the most diverse and complex Business Units for the BG with 0.1% growth in Europe and 6.1% growth in METR in 2021.
