Profile
As HR Data & Analytics Project Lead, you will be in charge of creating a robust & future-fit data governance for organisational data for Procurement function at Unilever. You will be responsible for ensuring data cleanliness and timely updates in the system, working with both HR and finance stake holders in identifying the needs in terms of data, and setting up & co-ordinating the workforce planning for the function together with the HR and finance teams.
As HR Data & Analytics Project Lead you will interface with the following stake holders:
  • Procurement HR Business Partners & HR team;
  • Procurement Finance Teams;
  • HR Data specialists & data expertise teams.
Key accountabilities:
  • Working with HR Business Partners to understand the need in terms of organisational data & right structure, and ensuring timely implementation in the system with our HR data specialists;
  • Working closely with finance in both understanding the right data hierarchy and creating a future-fit governance model to keep our data accurate;
  • Working with finance & HR to support the process of workforce planning.


Who we're looking for
We are looking for a candidate with an M.Sc. and at least 4 years of experience in project management and/or data management. You have a high attention for details. For this position it is important that you have good financial acumen. Further you have excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to respond to multiple changes. Experience with Excel is a requirement, Power BI preferred.
The Global HR team for Procurement consists of 5 people (3 in the Netherlands, other 2 in Singapore), plus finance colleagues & other stake holders all around the world.
